ON-LINE SIGHTING FORM

The on-line seadragon sighting form is the same as the hard copy version, with one exception. As there is no ability to hand draw a map of your dive site the on-line form instead provides a text field for a detailed description of the site. As with the hard copy version of the sighting form there are 2 main sections - essential and non essential. Each of these sections has questions for all seadragon sighters and in addition some specifically for SCUBA divers, beachcombers and other methods of seadragon sighting. Once you have completed all the appropriate sections click on the submit button at the bottom of the page.
